Not long ago, my lovely mentor Luna offered a mini crystal ball reading as part of her membership.
She pulled a symbol for me that of the black cat and imparted her wisdom to me.
Now, if you know me at all, you’ll know this already made me smile. I’m a lifelong cat lover I’ve got two feline friends who rule my house, my online calls, and my personal space - sigh!
But Luna’s reading wasn’t just about cats. It was about energy.
She said:
“This symbol is one of luck and strength. A black cat sits calmly, knowing itself without fear of judgment or held back by insecurity. They are fiercely independent and know themselves truly and honestly and unapologetically sit in that. You have luck on your side when you follow your own path without those fears getting in your way. Trust in yourself first.”
And honestly? It stopped me in my tracks.
Because this, this energy of calm confidence, unapologetic knowing, and self-led truth is exactly what I stand for.
Self-trust hasn’t always come easily to me.
Like many women, especially those of us who were either raised to be “good girls,” or somehow fell into it, I grew up second-guessing myself.
Questioning whether I was too much, not enough, doing it wrong, missing the mark.
I’ve known what it feels like to doubt your every decision.
To hand over your power to others who seem more sure.
To live life from the passenger seat, hoping someone else will steer it right.
But slowly, through life coaching, Belief Coding® and lately Reiki (Usui and Holy Fire), and a lot of honest reflection, I am finally truly me.
These days, if I don’t know something in the moment, I trust that I will. If I’m still unsure, I make space to listen in, not by asking everyone else, but by turning inward.
This is what I teach.
This is what I help others find.
And this is why the black cat felt like more than a symbol, it felt like a mirror.
Another part of the message that struck me deeply was this idea of forging your own way.
That’s a drum I’ve been beating for a while now, especially in the world of healing and growth.
Because while there’s wisdom to be found in other people’s ‘teachings’ and ‘methods’, you can’t build your life solely off someone else’s blueprint.
You need a path that fits your energy, your timing, your truth and sometimes, you need support to
even see what that might look like. That’s where I come in.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter self-help. I believe in self-awareness. In reflection. In taking aligned action that’s rooted in who you really are not who the world told you to be.
That’s why I created the Triple-A-Way™️Method – it stands for Awareness, Action, and Accountability.
While it’s technically a “method,” it’s really more of a flexible framework. A gentle, self-guided roadmap that helps you find your way through change with tools that actually fit your life.
Awareness is about seeing what’s really going on – not just what you think should be. It’s about super sleuthing the heck out of your life. What do you believe? What are you doing? And why (or why not)?
Action uses my 5 D’s process:
Decide what you want to try
Do(able) – pick something manageable
Discover what works
Deal with what comes up (emotionally, practically, energetically)
Do it again with insight
Accountability isn’t pressure. It’s self-honour. It’s about keeping your word to yourself, building inner trust, and owning your life, step by honest step.
There was a time in my life when I didn’t think I had anything special to offer. Didn’t think healing was for people like me, hell, I didn’t even know healing existed or was possible. I didn’t have dreams. Just duties.
I didn’t always believe I could live like this.
There was a time I didn’t think I had anything special to offer. That healing was for other people.
That dreams were for someone else.
But now?
I live from choice. From self-trust.
I don’t have all the answers. But I do have the tools to help you find yours.
If you’re stuck in self-doubt, drowning in advice, or just tired of feeling like you’re always one step behind...
Let this be your gentle aha moment:
💜 You can trust yourself.
💜 You can build a life that fits.
💜 You can follow your own path.
And I’d be honoured to walk beside you.

Inside the crystal ball, a fiery orange phoenix made of glowing flames rises majestically with wings spread wide, surrounded by small sparks floating around.
