But not always in the way you imagine.
Tomorrow marks the start of July my birthday month (not that I celebrate it much) and I’ve found myself reflecting on how much has changed since I turned 40 (7 *cough* years ago).
Back then, I was on autopilot.
Life just kind of happened to me.
I didn’t feel like I had much say in it… just following the script, surviving, drifting.
Then I found life coaching and everything shifted.
I didn’t suddenly become someone else.
I just realised I could become myself consciously.
I started making choices.
I stopped waiting.
I began living from the inside out.
Now, here’s the honest bit:
My life might not be what others expect when they hear “life begins at 40.”
But I work on things that matter to me. I go deep rather than wide.
And I’ve built a life that feels nourishing, even if it’s not flashy.
This is my life and I like it.
That’s what matters.
So if your version of a “good life” looks different than someone else’s...... good.
It means you’re living it on your terms.
Tell me... What does your version of a fulfilling life look like?
If you’re still figuring it out, that’s okay too so am I we can figure it out together. Why not join me in the R&R Hub 👇
