So It Begins

This week I started a round of advanced Belief Coding® not on someone else, but on me.

Because as someone who holds space for others to heal and grow, I think it’s vital that I keep doing the work too.

To be the product of the services I offer.

To walk my talk.

And in the busyness of it all, I’ll be honest I’d lost sight of that a little.

No judgement. Just awareness. And now... action.

I’ve identified several beliefs that are ready to shift.The beauty is we haven't even got to the official 'hesling' part and things are shifting.

Even when we know what we want to change, and even when we understand the patterns, there’s often something deeper in the way.

That’s what this process helps with removing the inner barriers that keep us circling the same cycles.

I’m already seeing beautiful shifts in the clients I’ve supported through advanced Belief Coding®, and now it’s my turn.

I’m excited to not just want these new beliefs... but to believe them.

To feel them in my bones.

To know them as truth.

Some are things I used to believe deeply, a few years ago.

They’re still in there, they just need a top-up.

Because this work matters.

I matter.

And so do you.

We all deserve to feel the way we want to feel.

To be who we’re meant to be.

To do the work for ourselves, not just for others.
