Where the F' is the home button?

The other day, I went to press the home button on my laptop... and realised, again, it doesn’t have one.

My old laptop did.

Muscle memory still expects it.

So every time I try to navigate a page, I fumble for something that isn’t there.

It throws me off more than it probably should.

But in that moment of tech-based frustration, something clicked.

This is exactly what life can feel like sometimes. Like you’re reaching for a sense of direction, clarity or calm, and it’s just... not where you thought it would be.

Because life doesn’t come with a built-in home button.

We all go through periods where we feel lost, scattered, overwhelmed, unsure of where we’re heading or who we’re becoming. And that’s why I do what I do.

I help people come home to themselves.

Not in a floaty, vague, “just be your best self” kind of way.

In a real, grounded, practical way.

A way that fits your life, your energy, your values.

Whether you’re navigating a major life shift, struggling with your inner critic, or just want to stop biting your nails (watch this space... I’ve just created something new for that), I help you find your way back.

Back to peace.

Back to clarity.

Back to something that feels like you.

Because unlike my laptop, where I can’t control the buttons, you do get to choose what you need.

You do get to figure out what works for you.

You do get to design something that fits. And feels right. And actually works for your life.

Muscle memory still expects the old button to be there.

And that’s the thing. Our subconscious does exactly the same.

It pulls from old patterns, old beliefs, old versions of us that no longer fit.

It means well. It’s trying to help. But sometimes it takes us further away from where we actually want to go.

When we’re not aware of it, we keep reaching for the same internal “buttons”... the ones shaped by who we used to be, not who we are now.

That’s why coming home to yourself isn’t just a nice idea.

It’s essential.

That’s what my coaching, Reiki and Belief Coding® work is about.

Helping you feel safe again.

Helping you feel steady when things feel scattered.

Helping you get curious about what your version of ‘home’ looks and feels like.

Not the old version of you. Not someone else’s version either.

But a place within yourself that you recognise. That you can return to. That you want to be in.

Because in a world full of noise and navigation, what most of us are craving... is a way to feel at home again.

In our lives.

In our choices.

In ourselves.

If that’s what you’re craving too, I’d love to walk with you.
