What to expect:
This is a group coaching call.
You tell me what you're working on. Where are you now, where do you actually want to be.
Together we'll finding out what's sitting in the gap, it could be energetic, physical, practical, mental, emotional anything goes.
We'll also find out what your subconscious is making it mean about you? Because that story is usually what's getting in the way of your current situation.
Then we look at what you could think, feel, or do instead. That's it.
We'll break the pattern instead of looping it again....and again.
If you're already a member or Transform & Rise, this is also your accountability spot, the place you come and say the thing out loud rather than just think about doing it.
You'll leave clearer, calmer, and ready to get going again.
This is a Live group call. Recorded for insurance purposes only, no replay, so you'll want to actually show up. Depending on numbers on the day, there's sometimes room for hot seat coaching.
