Your patterns make sense.
The things you keep doing, avoiding or returning to may be clues, not character flaws.
I help people understand what life is showing them, turn the difficult bits into useful information, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.
This is how I got here ↓
My origin story
For a long time, life felt as though it was happening to me. The world was against me, circumstances were in charge, and I didn't feel as though I had much say in what happened next.
I kept ending up in familiar places, carrying the same frustrations and asking why nothing seemed to change. I knew there had to be more to life than going through the motions. I just didn't yet know how to reach it.
Learning to live intentionally didn't give me control over everything. It gave me something more useful: a way back to myself.

The shift
And started asking, “What is this showing me?”
That question changed the direction of my life. I began to understand myself, choose how I wanted to respond, and make changes I'd never thought were possible.
Not all at once. Not in a perfectly straight line. But deliberately, one honest choice at a time.
What I know now
The things you keep doing, avoiding or returning to may be clues, not character flaws.
There is relief in saying the thing underneath the thing to someone who stays curious.
Your life is not generic. The way we work together shouldn't be either.
How that became my work
For more than 25 years, my work has involved listening, asking questions, investigating situations and noticing patterns. Today, I bring that experience together with coaching, Belief Coding®, trauma-informed practice and energy work.
I listen for repeated themes, contradictions, throwaway comments and the moments that deserve one more question. Then we explore what may sit underneath the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Living by design, not by default
It's about understanding yourself more deeply, recognising what this season is asking of you, and becoming more able to make intentional choices about what comes next.
The point is that the choice becomes yours.
Bring me the messy version
Let's start with an honest conversation about where you are, what you want to be different and what might sit between the two.
