CRAVE: When Food Isn't The Problem

You Don’t Have a Willpower Problem

What if the thing you’ve been trying to control…
was never the problem in the first place?

It's Time To Understand Your Food Cravings From The Inside Out

This isn’t really about food.

You know what to do.
You’ve 'tried hard' and 'all the things' to be “good”.
You’ve started again more times than you can count.

And yet… you still find yourself back in the same place.

Not because you lack discipline.
Not because you’re doing it wrong.

But because something else is driving it.

CRAVE is where we figure out what that is, so you can finally change what’s been keeping you stuck.

You Know What To Do... So Why Does It Keep Happening?

You said you wouldn’t do it again.

 But here you are.

Eating when you’re not physically hungry.
Reaching for something without really thinking about it.
Sometimes not even enjoying it… just doing it.

And afterwards?

You’re left wondering: “Why did I do that?”

Because it doesn’t make sense.

You know what works.
You know what you “should” be doing.

So why does this keep happening?
It’s frustrating.
Confusing.
And often followed by guilt… or starting again.

But this isn’t a lack of willpower.

There’s a reason underneath it.

This isn’t really about food

Most approaches focus on the food.

What to eat.
What not to eat.
How to stay “on track”.

CRAVE takes a different approach.

Because the eating behaviour isn’t the real problem.

It’s the clue.

The real question is:

So instead of asking, “How do I stop this?”

We ask:  “What’s actually driving it?”

Because once that starts to make sense… things begin to shift.

What's Actually Driving This

There’s something underneath this.

Something your mind and body are responding to.

It might be emotional.
It might be habitual.
It might be something you haven’t fully seen yet.

But it’s not random.

And it’s not about you “failing”.

When we start to understand what’s really going on…  The behaviour stops feeling so confusing.
And it stops needing to be forced.

Why This Approach is Different

Most approaches try to change what you eat.

CRAVE helps you understand why you’re eating in the first place and it might not be what you think.

Most approaches rely on:

× discipline
× control
× willpower

CRAVE doesn't do that

Because you don't need more control.

You understanding.

What You Might Be Experiencing

If this sounds familiar…

You’re not eating because you’re physically in need of food.
You’re eating because something else is going on.

find yourself eating without really thinking about it
say “this is the last time”… more than once
You keep repeating the same patterns
You start again… and then fall back into old habits
You feel frustrated because you 'know better'
You’ve tried diets, plans, or “being good”… and it hasn’t stuck

And underneath it all:

You’re starting to realise there must be a deeper reason. feel out of control around certain foods

What Will Start To Change

This isn’t about becoming “perfect” with food.

It’s about things starting to feel different.

Clients often experience:

• you naturally pause when you didn't before
• feeling calmer around food
• less internal conflict
• fewer urges or emotional eating episodes
• more clarity around their behaviour
• a sense of “oh… that makes sense now”
• things that used to feel automatic... don't anymore

That moment of:

 “Oh… that’s why I do that”

That’s where change begins.

When Things Start To Make Sense

You stop going round in circles.

You stop fighting yourself.

You understand your eating behaviours in a way you never have before.

And from that place…

Things begin to shift naturally.

What CRAVE Is And What We'll Cover

CRAVE is a behaviour and belief change programme for people who are tired of trying to control food with willpower, discipline, or restriction.

It helps you understand what’s really driving your eating behaviours so you can finally change what’s been keeping you stuck.

This isn’t about becoming more disciplined.

It’s about becoming someone who understands themselves.

Someone who can look at their behaviour and think: “What is this trying to show me?”

Instead of: “What’s wrong with me?”

That shift changes everything.

“I finally understand why I was doing that. Things that used to trigger strong emotional reactions simply don’t carry the same charge anymore. I feel calmer, clearer, and much more able to move forward.”

– 1 to 1 client MM

“For years I was trying to fix myself and nothing worked. After the session, something shifted. I’m no longer fighting myself. I’m working with myself, and that has changed everything.”

– Break the Code participant Y

“For years, I was stuck in a cycle of bingeing at the weekend and starting again on Monday. That pattern had been with me for over 35 years. Something has shifted in how I relate to food.”

– Break the Code participant KC

“I find comfort and relief that isn’t just tied to food anymore. The emotional loop of guilt and frustration around eating is finally breaking.”

– 1 to 1 client MG

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CRAVE is a 5-week live programme designed to help you understand the deeper patterns behind food cravings. Rather than focusing on diets, rules, or willpower, we explore the beliefs, identity patterns, and emotional drivers that may be shaping your behaviour.

No. CRAVE is not a diet programme, and it is not based on restriction, calorie counting, or meal plans. It is a guided exploration into why the behaviour happens in the first place.

No. You do not need any previous experience. You will be guided through the process in a simple and accessible way. The focus is not on getting things “right”, it is on becoming curious about your own patterns.

That is exactly who this is for. CRAVE is designed for people who already understand nutrition, have tried diets or mindful eating, and still find themselves repeating the same patterns. It helps close the gap between knowing and actually changing.

We will explore beliefs about change, beliefs about sustainability, identity patterns around food, emotional drivers, and integration. The aim is to help you understand your cravings in a deeper and more useful way, so change feels more natural and less like a constant battle.

No. There is no pressure to share. The sessions are designed to be safe and non-judgemental, and you are welcome to take part in a way that feels comfortable for you.

It can be. If you notice you eat when you are not physically hungry, or find yourself turning to food in certain emotional states, CRAVE may help you understand what is driving that pattern. The focus is not on labelling you, but on helping the behaviour make sense.

That is not what CRAVE promises. This programme avoids 'weight loss' messaging and diet-based outcomes. The goal is to help you understand your patterns, reduce the struggle around food, and create change that feels more sustainable.  A possible by product could be physical weight reduction.

The programme runs weekly for 5 weeks, with live sessions of up to 2 hours.

CRAVE is a live programme. That means you will be guided through the process week by week rather than being left to work through information on your own.  Replays will be available until 1 week after the end of the course and will then be removed.

Most approaches focus on controlling food. CRAVE focuses on understanding why the behaviour happens in the first place. It looks at beliefs, identity, and emotional drivers, because when the underlying pattern shifts, behaviour often shifts too.

That fear makes sense, especially if you have been round this loop before. CRAVE is built on a different premise. You are not being asked to force yourself to change. You are being invited to understand what has been getting in the way. That is a very different starting point.  PLUS one of the weeks tackles exactly this.

Yes. Participants will be invited to complete questionnaires before the programme, after the programme, and again at later follow-up points. This is part of a wider research study exploring how belief change may influence cravings over time.

This is the first live round of CRAVE, which means you get to be part of shaping something from the beginning. Whilst  I am confident in what I have put together I want to test it first.  The beta round is also offered at a lower price point and is limited in size.

On the whole, CRAVE is designed to be as accessible and inclusive as possible, and many elements of the programme can be adapted to support different needs.

There is also a health declaration as part of the onboarding process.  If you have any health considerations, or are unsure whether this programme is right for you, you are encouraged to share this within the health declaration and or reach out before joining.  You can email: [email protected]

This allows me to make sure the experience feels safe, supportive, and appropriate for you.

Hi I'm Faye

I'm Faye Casement – Reiki Master, Certified Professional Life Coach and Belief Coding® Facilitator with a deep interest in understanding the beliefs and patterns that shape human behaviour.

For several years I ran a platform, podcast and YouTube called Wellness 4 Women where I explored emotional eating and mindful eating.

But the deeper question that always fascinated me was this:

Why do we eat when we're not truly physically hungry?

Over time I realised cravings are rarely just about food.

They are often connected to beliefs, identity and emotional patterns we carry through life about food and about life itself.

Solve these and the food will follow.
