That’s exactly where Belief Coding® comes in.
We see the fact that we don't have weight loss, the business sales, the perfect relationship and we then act from that frustration. We focus on trying to take the actions we think we need to take, the dieting, the exercise, the ads, the people pleasing. We then get frustrated again when it doesn't work.
We often can't see the real reasons holding us back, but Belief Coding® uncovers the root of the issue.
Belief Coding® is a self-development and healing technique that helps you identify and rewire limiting subconscious beliefs that affect how you think, feel, and behave.
It’s like updating your inner software without having to relive every past wound or spend years talking through your issues.
To use an analogy, if you imagine a persistent weed that you are trying to get rid of in the garden.
You have a choice, you can keep tackling what you can see with ease, which is the leaves and the flowers.
You can hack away at the weed to the point where you can't even see the weed any more but more likely, if the roots exist, it will keep re-growing and sprouting.
Sometimes the root dies as a result of tackling the top and sometimes it doesn't so you have to keep retackling it.
So in this case, above the surface, we can tackle our thoughts, feelings and actions as these are more in our cognitive part of the brain and our body.
There is a lot we can do with our thoughts, feelings and actions and this will change our beliefs over time and this is powerful work and it can kill the root Sometimes we only have the energy to tend to the bits we can see, maybe to pick off a leaf or two and that also is ok.
But if we can really get in there, dig down deep and take out the root then there is nothing to grow from. We can do that with coaching but if you want to do it faster then we use Belief Coding®

Developed in the UK by Jessica Cunningham, Belief Coding® is relatively new but gaining traction fast in the personal development world for its quick, gentle, and surprisingly enjoyable process.
It draws on elements from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), energy work, and neuroscience all with the goal of making deep mindset shifts both accessible and sustainable.

In a typical 1 to 1 session, you’ll work with a trained facilitator such as myself, who helps you tune into a specific issue (like anxiety around visibility, fear of failure, people-pleasing).
Through muscle testing or intuitive guidance, you’ll uncover the root belief that’s been running the show, often one you didn’t even know existed.
Then comes the good bit: you recode it. Using a mix of somatic processing, inner child work, and belief-shifting techniques, the outdated belief is released and replaced with something more aligned, like safety, confidence, or calm.
And unlike traditional therapy, you don’t have to endlessly talk about your trauma. You simply find the belief, acknowledge it, and shift it.
My take is to make this as empowered and in some cases, as fun an experience as possible as healing doesn't have to be hard and humour helps to shift it.
Advanced and Group are slightly different but I am there to support every step of the way.
While Belief Coding® itself is new and still building a formal research base, the science behind it isn’t.
Neuroscience shows that the subconscious mind controls 95% of our behaviours and reactions. Techniques like EFT and visualisation, which are used within Belief Coding®, have been shown to calm the nervous system and even change brainwave patterns.
Studies in neuroplasticity reveal we can rewire thoughts and emotional responses, especially when we address both the mental and somatic (body-based) layers.

When I had my first Belief Coding® session, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
I went in with anxiety about showing up online and walked out with an emotional shift so profound, it felt like I’d shed 10 years of self-doubt, and I launched for the first time the next day!
